Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at St. Joseph Devotionals. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made goods

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at rosaryprism@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's processing times.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you receive a damaged or defective item and need a direct replacement, please email us immediately at rosaryprism@gmail.com

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
