Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at St. Joseph Devotionals. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during major holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs or inclement weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)
St. Joseph Devotionals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties).
If a package is returned to us because a customer refused to pay local customs fees, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
St. Joseph Devotionals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking states the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Tip for Damaged Goods: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will require photographic proof of the box and the item.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
